Med Bistro was born from a deep love of Mediterranean culture — the kind that exists in the morning scent of za'atar, the warmth of shared mezze, and the clinking of wine glasses under the evening sun.
Nestled on Kingsland High Street in Dalston, we have been welcoming guests from East London and beyond since 2010 — first for breakfast, then for dinner, then late into the night. Our chefs draw on Kurdish and Turkish culinary heritage to bring you dishes that are timeless, honest and full of soul.
